Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, of the
following transactions in respect of the company's shares by executive directors of the company and the
company secretary of the company, and executive directors of a major subsidiary of the company
(collectively "the participants").
All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the pooled sale of ordinary
shares of the company (in which the participants transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest) and
were executed on-market on 30 September 2025 at a volume weighted average selling price of R54.4580
(high R54.85; low R54.40) and 1 October 2025 at a volume weighted average selling price of R54.4113
(high R54.86; low R53.93). The transactions relate to shares that vested on 30 September 2025 and which
were held in terms of the company's share scheme.
